What is the vision you have for your landscape? Take the time needed to truly come up with a landscape vision unique to you. Click the button below to see the things to consider when planning your landscape. We will work with you to turn your landscape vision into reality.
The first meeting is one of the most important steps in the landscape process. This is the time we get to know you and your property. We will discuss your vision and your budget with you, take photos of the site, and get the measurements needed. By getting to know you and your property we can create a landscape that is unique to you and will truly suite all of your needs. We take this information and get to work creating a design that will be unique to you and your site.
This is the stage where you view the design for the first time, generally 1-4 weeks after the first meeting. The turnaround time for getting your design is based on the size and complexity of the project. You will be shown the plant materials and hardscape materials used to create your landscape. Often times changes and tweaks are made at this time. It is not uncommon at all to make adjustments to the initial design.
After the first presentation any additional changes are made and finalized with a follow up meeting. Once a project is finalized, we require a signed proposal and a deposit of 25% of the total project cost. At this is the time we schedule the job, order materials, and finalize the details. It is often a month or two that our crews are scheduled out.
Our experienced professional crews work to turn your current site into your "landscape vision." Whether it takes part of a day or months to install your landscape, our crews will make sure everything turns out exactly the way you envisioned it.
Once the project is complete, we will do a final walk through with you answering any questions you have and making sure everything was completed to your satisfaction.
We will send a specialist to check on your new landscape after the first week, after the first month, and one year after installation to make sure your new landscape is healthy and performing at its best.
After our first meeting with the client, we take the photos and measurements of the site back to our office along with the client's requests and put that information all together to come up with their initial design.
Our 2D designs give you an aerial view looking down on the landscape. The designs often include additional information such as pictures of plants and hardscapes along with any other specifics that may be relevant to the project.
Our 3D designs enable the client to get a very real idea of what their landscape would look like once installed. It allows them to virtually walk through their landscape before the first shovel full of dirt is moved.
Sometimes we can take a photo from the site and put it into our design program.
We can then set that photo into our design so you can more easily envision what it may look like.
